Elyse started baking wedding cakes professionally when she was only 15! She started working as a cake decorator at Whole Foods in college, and she quickly became the pride of the Whole Foods bakery teams. She managed the bakery departments at 3 of Denver’s largest locations for 9 years, and then moved on to overseeing 33 Whole Food bakeries in her region. She developed new recipes, foraged for more local vendors, and helped open new stores in the Rocky Mountain Region. Eventually, she became the store manager of the Whole Foods in Wichita (which is what brought her here!). Now with over 23 years of professional baking experience—with degrees in bakery and pastry arts—she’s blended her touch for decorating with her love of design and decor to bring you the most stunning exterior Fall designs in Wichita.
